Palestinian Sage

Maramiya, our Palestinian sage, is the gentle bitterness and warmth that closes a family meal: a few dried leaves in a glass of hot water, shared at the table.

Earthy and softly aromatic, it’s traditionally brewed as a tea after meals and also used in cooking. One simple leaf, carrying the hillsides and kitchens of home.

Ingredients: dried Palestinian sage (maramiya)
Allergens: none known
Storage: keep in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from light.
Shelf life: unopened, 12 to 18 months from packaging. After opening, best within 6 to 12 months (it stays safe but loses flavour after that).

Made in a kitchen that also handles peanuts, tree nuts, sesame and dairy.
