Ingredients: dates, date molasses, cashews, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, black seed (nigella), sesame seeds, warming spices and extra virgin olive oil (the nuts and seeds are toasted in extra virgin olive oil)

Storage: a shelf-stable preserve, so it can be kept in or out of the fridge. Store in a cool place away from heat and direct sun, and refrigerate after opening if preferred.
